Satsuki's "facts of this world" (with Ira's introduction).
The reference to Orwell's 1984 ("WAR IS PEACE", "FREEDOM IS SLAVERY", "IGNORANCE IS STRENGTH") is unmistakable. This introduction, together with Ira's execution of the unsuccessful Ultima Uniform thief, introduced Satsuki as a ruthless dictator.
NOTE: Sry, had to cut the bitrate to 64kbit/s, or else the file would've been bigger than 300kb and rejected ;(
